Players will develop fundamental football skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a fun, non-contact environment. With weekly practices, game days, and age-appropriate coaching, Flag Football is a great way to stay active, build confidence, and enjoy the excitement of the game.

Swim Club: Year-Round Swim Program

Bronze Level 2 (Ages 5–7)

Swimmers must be able to swim 25 meters freestyle and complete backstroke unassisted. This level focuses on building confidence, endurance, and stroke development.

Bronze Level 1 (Ages 7–10)

Swimmers should be able to swim 25 meters in under one minute and will be introduced to all four competitive strokes, turns, and starts.

Silver (Ages 7–10)

Participants should have a basic understanding of all four strokes and be able to swim 25 meters in under one minute. Competition opportunities are optional.

From beginners picking up a racket for the first time to competitive tournament players, our Junior Tennis Clinics help young athletes build skills, confidence, and a love for the game.

Learn the basic skills through fun, engaging games using the USTA QuickStart program. Larger tennis balls and smaller courts help young players build confidence and succeed.
