Whether you’re a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, our Group Exercise offerings include everything from yoga and Zumba to strength training and aqua classes. Join our community in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Reservations are required to participate in Group Exercise classes. Reservations can be made online and become available 3 days prior to class at the class time. For example, to reserve a class held on Mondays at 8:00am, reservations open on Fridays at 8:00am.

*Winter Inclement Weather Notice: AquaFit will NOT be held when the air temperature is below 40 degrees and / or the water temperature drops below 77 degrees. The JCC Aquatics area will close when temperatures are at freezing or below 32 degrees and will re-open once temperature is above freezing.
