Stress Workshop RSVP

Please fill in this form to RSVP for our Stress Workshop for Sun., Jun. 24 from 1-2:30pm or Wed., Jun. 27 from 7-8pm in Auditorium A.

Join fitness instructor and JFS therapist, Roberta Varela-Hein and learn about stress, how it affects the body, and how yoga breathing and stretching can help. You will learn at least two kinds of deep
breathing methods to relax either in sport/exercise or other areas of your life to calm stress. Roberta will also teach you a deep breathing technique that can lessen insomnia. You will be shown movement patterns that can be performed on the floor or in a chair. Please wear comfortable clothes.
