An Act of God Now Showing at The Vex

An Act of GodAn Act of God, written by 13-time Emmy-winning writer David Javerbaum, opened at The Vex in October, with the Almighty speaking through actor John Stillwaggon. He’s chosen Tyler Keyes and Michael Howard to help out as the angels Gabriel and Michael, respectively. Vex Production Manager Dylan Brainard directs. The show runs for two more weeks this month, with performances Thursdays at 7:30pm, Saturdays at 8pm, and Sundays at 2:30pm, through November 12. Tickets may be purchased online (NEW!), or by calling The Vex Box Office at 210-302-6835.

An Act of God is a satirical view of how some beliefs and doctrines impact modern society and contemporary events and is not intended to be taken literally. The play contains controversial topics with adult themes and language, and may not be suitable for all audiences.
